That Was The Week That Was — 29th August 2022

After over a year of discussions against the background of COVID outbreaks, myself and Neal Gallery in Beijing have marked December 2022 as the month for my first solo show in China, in the city of Shanghai.

The work, tentatively titled In Harmony, is a series I've been working off and on since we first talked about the idea of a solo show. Some previews will be on show at Beijing Contemporary Art fair later this month. Other activity in other cities in China are also planned for later in the year.

Whilst I've visited China before, I've yet to visit Shanghai so I'm hoping restrictions will be lifted by then and I'll be able to head out there for the show.
