Beijing's Air Quality Data in Physical Form

Using publicly available real-time readings from the US Embassy in Beijing, the air quality in China's capital controls the speed of the breathing lights. The faster the lights breathe the worse the air quality.

The lights are contained inside a plastic sphere – a vending capsule made of course in China.
