From earlier this year, behind the scenes of my third collaboration with @charlotteedmonds____ and @lgnnelson.
Inspired by axons – the incredibly thin cables which transmit electrical impulses from one neuron to another – Transmissions imagines the bodies chemical response when a performance, a piece of music and other such art resonates with us on a deep, cellular level. Choreographed and performed by Charlotte Edmonds with music by Logan Nelson, this work combines motion captured dance and original music together with algorithmically created forms augmented with AI to celebrate the mysterious beauty and process of when a work of art leaves us altered.
Our previous collaborations have been acquired by @kukulabanze and a private collector via @verticalcryptoart
