Creating laser-cut business cards

Lasers are proper sci-fi; when I was a kid lasers only existed in Star Wars, UFO and Space 1999. Now I'm using that stuff to make what I loosely call business cards. These are using 3mm green felt and 3mm corrugated cardboard which is actually too thick, but who cares - they look cool. Design is based on the pattern on the home page of this site - one continuous design spread across several cards.
