Elena

A do nothing time wasting iPhone app

A free iPhone app designed for the sole purpose of doing nothing. What I mean though by doing nothing is doing something that is not going to tax your brain too much. Often times your best ideas come from when you're doing some mundane task such as, showering, shaving or simply walking. This little app is an attempt at creating a device to help creative thought through a simple activity.

Inspired by watching my niece Elena play with my iPhone, the app allows you to create simple Lissajous spirals—similar to the some of the spirals created by John Whitney in the opening titles for Hitchcock's Vertigo.
